Arrival, Parking & Location – Your Advantages

Arrival is completely contactless and without staff on site. On the day of arrival, you will receive a digital access code, allowing easy and secure entry to the accommodation.

Thanks to the digital access system, arrival is possible at any time of day or night, providing maximum flexibility for shift work, long-distance travel or construction projects.

House Rules for Fitters & Tradespeople

To ensure a pleasant and smooth stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to comply with the following house rules:

1. Access & Security

  • Access to the property is provided via a digital access system.
  • Access codes are personal and must not be shared.
  • Please ensure that doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the room.

2. Quiet Hours & Consideration

  • Quiet hours must be observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors at all times.
  • Loud music, phone calls or disruptive behavior are not permitted.

3. Cleanliness & Order

  • Each room has its own private kitchen and private bathroom.
  • Rooms, kitchens and bathrooms must be kept clean and tidy during the stay.
  • Upon departure, the room must be left clean and in proper order.

4. Kitchen & Facilities

  • Kitchen facilities must be treated with care.
  • Dishes, cooking surfaces and appliances must be cleaned immediately after use.
  • Food may only be stored within the guest’s own room.

5. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
  • Excessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behavior are not allowed.

6. Visitors & Overnight Guests

  • Visitors are not permitted.
  • Overnight stays by non-registered persons are strictly prohibited.

7. Damage & Liability

  • Please handle the furnishings and equipment with care.
  • Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.
  • Guests are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

8. Waste Disposal

  • Waste must be disposed of regularly and properly.
  • Construction waste, tools, materials or bulky waste may not be stored or disposed of on the property.

9. Work Clothing & Equipment

  • Heavily soiled work clothing must not be washed in rooms or bathrooms.
  • Tools, machines and work materials must not be stored in living or sanitary areas.

10. Compliance with House Rules

  • In case of repeated or serious violations of these house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely.
  • In such cases, no refund will be granted.
